Once a refund or adjustment is approved, the amount is processed via the original payment method, such as bank transfer or cheque. Depending on banking procedures, the refunded amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the member’s account. In the case of errors, overpayments, or service discrepancies, Money Gold Co-operative Society ensures expedited processing, providing adjustment, correction, or refund without additional cost. Members are responsible for providing accurate details to facilitate smooth processing.
